The Sous Apron was inspired by our own Ballerina Farm kitchen. It’s the one our chefs wear every day, built to handle the demands of daily cooking.

We designed this apron with our friends at seventy + mochi, a denim brand known for its conscious approach. Together, we stitched up a kitchen-ready apron in two timeless colorways: Indigo Patchwork and Indigo Stripe. Made from reclaimed denim, these aprons save nearly 700 meters of fabric from waste.
